In terms of professional experience, I have served both as the Lead for Newcomers Mental Health at the Toronto Catholic District School Board and Clinical Director for Delisle Youth Services (a provincially funded mental health centre), published academic articles on emotional and psychological well being and accumulated over 20 years experience in counseling individuals, couples and families.

Such professional experience is anchored in complementary clinical degrees in psychology and social work: Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and Master of Social Work. This background provides distinct perspectives for understanding emotional and psychological challenges as well as solutions. My approach is further distinguished by expertise in family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychoanalysis. I understand these integrative approaches as well fitted to the full continuum of issues and challenges brought to therapy as both episodic and chronic problems benefit from informed solutions.
